I use the Loop Habit Tracker Anrdoid app to track my daily habits. The app makes habit building and tracking satisfying and fun. Using this app has motivated me to stay on track and accelerate my progress towards my goals. The first and most important thing the app did was help me bring awareness to my habits and the progress I’m making with them. It works just like the windshield wipers on a car, making the path ahead visible to me.
