I use the Loop Habit Tracker Anrdoid app to track my daily habits. The app makes habit building and tracking satisfying and fun. Using this app has motivated me to stay on track and accelerate my progress towards my goals.
The first and most important thing the app did was help me bring awareness to my habits and the progress I’m making with them. It works just like the windshield wipers on a car, making the path ahead visible to me.
Both you and I know that building habits is not an easy task, let alone keeping a track of it all. But our habits are what make or break us. They constitute the system that moves us towards the goals we set out to achieve.
Want to have better oral health? Making brushing twice a day a habit. Want clarity of mind? Make breathwork or journaling a habit. Want to find a partner? Put yourself out there more often.
Today we have the tools to make the process easier for us. Loop Habit Tracker is one of them. When we keep a track of our habits, we get to know how much work we’re putting in to achieve an outcome. The data shows us how badly we want to achieve something. More the checked boxes, the greater the desire.
Loop Habit Tracker gives us the Habit Score for each habit and lets us view our improvement in performance (or lack thereof) compared to the previous month. The app allows us to add as many habits as we’d like, as well as customize using colours and reminder notifications.

It feels great to check the box on completion of a particular habit. This feeling of accomplishment just brightens my day. I feel happy and proud of myself when I look back on the day’s accomplishments on the app.
