Exercising regularly keeps us fit and healthy. But, it’s not necessary that you have to go to the gym and work out. Finding a sport like badminton and making it a part of your routine can be equally effective. I have developed a strong liking for badminton. I played it occasionally as a backyard sport when I was a kid, but now I get to play intense matches at an indoor court.
Choosing a sport that one loves, is indeed a very good way to keep oneself healthy and fit.
