Results are achieved only by being in action and not just being in motion. Being in motion involves thinking and planning, while being in action involves implementation. Just recently, I was having an overwhelming day up until evening. Thoughts were flooding my mind and my body was slowing down. I got into motion — started thinking of what I could do to change this and avoid feeling this way. Nothing changed at that moment.
So true.... But one should be able to know the right action too, to see the expected results or else you would feel stagnant inspite of being in action.
